Double room with en-suit in quiet cul-de-sac

Double en suite room available to rent in a quiet cul de sac within walking distance of the centre to Rushden with parking available on the street. I’m 27, a secondary school teacher and live here by myself with my Dalmatian. I’m looking for a like minded individual to join us, preferably a professional female. The house is kept clean and tidy so you would need to share these values and be comfortable living with a large friendly dog.
