Lovely double room for rent

I have a good size double room to rent. I have a spacious 3 bedroom house I currently live here with my partner and baby. The loft has been converted which is up for rent.
I have a large kitchen and garden. You’ll also be allocated a good size storage cupboard.
In this case the living room wouldn't be a communal area.
I’m looking for a female over the age of 25 who has a professional job to occupy my loft room.
The room already has a double bed along with a decent size wardrobe.
The room has an L shape to it, where the bed is in the corner and the remaining is very spacious. There is a TV projector in the room which is connected to a fire stick.
I live right next to local amenities, rushden lakes is 5mins drive, Wellingborough station is 10mins drive. Variety of supermarkets within walking distance.
