I have a Newley painted large double room in the heart of Rushden, I’m a part time land lord as my job takes me away and you will have the run of the flat when I’m away , the bedroom has a king size bed , walk in wardrobe and draws, it’s ver spacious, kitchen area, bathroom with power shower , there is a carpark around the back , I would like a professional full time worker please with references, I would consider couples but it’s another £150 a month, the flat is available 25th November , viewing is advised but Tennant is still there till 21st November, the ro will have a full clean ready for new Tennant .
