Ensuite rooms available in newly decorated house

We have two double ensuite, furnished rooms available in a newly renovated home. Each room has a brand new double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is a shared kitchen with oven, hob and white goods. The property is situated on High Street, Rushden so it easily accessible to local shops, supermarkets and public transport.

There is a weekly cleaner allocated to the shared areas who will clean individual rooms at a cost to the tenant.

All bills including wifi included in monthly rent.

Referencing is conducted, including a credit check, current landlord and employer references.

A deposit of £250 is payable upon receipt of tenancy offer. Rent payments are paid on the 1st of each month so you would pay rent in advance until the 1st of December and then a monthly payment is required.
