Lodger Wanted for Spare Room

Unfurnished double room to rent in family home . shops nearby situated on the A6 in Rushden, close to town centre and bus routs. Lots of shops nearby, takeaways, fish & chip shop, newspaper shop, garage, medical centre, pet shop. Town centre is only 5 minutes walk. I am 53 years old working professional and work shifts, I spend most of my time in Bedford at my boyfriends and I am never home much at weekends, my daughter who is 28 and grandaughter who is nearly 4 are currently living with me until the council rehouses them which should be very soon . My current lodger is moving out 31/5/12 as he is reolocating so the room will be free to view from now even though my lodger is still here until then. Parking is not a problem. Deposit would be required. Rent would include all bills including Virgin TV and broadband.
