One double furnished room in a 3 bedroon terraced house available for rent. You would be able to decorate the room how you would like as long as its not too drastic! Large gallery kitchen (with a dishwasher :) ) and comfortable living areas. Spacious garden with decking, a grassy area and a shed. Open fire in living room (lovely in the winter) but central heating throughout. Rooms offered has double glazing. Shared bathroom with toilet and shower over the bath. And the joys of an outside toilet (if you dont mind spiders). Would love help for ideas in decorating as I have just brought the house. Friendly professional looking for a similar housemate.
