Live in landlady, looking for mature, quiet, considerate, tidy lodger. House has nice bright conservatory and attractive garden area. Quiet location, good access to town/local shops and countryside for walking.

Need to be comfortable living with a med sized friendly dog. Happy to consider a lodger with a sociable happy dog. My dog is very sociable with people and adores other dogs, and tho 5 1/2 yo, still very playful!
Parking immediately outside house, on road, not a problem. Lovely quiet area with friendly neighbours.
