house is convieniantly located within easy access of the high street including Asda and also a stones through away from other local shops / takeaways and pubs. It also has easy access to the A45

- as stated the room is fully furnished, but if you wanted to bring your furniture that would be fine

- I have ticked 'couples welcome' as well just because if it came to it and a couple really needed a room, i'm sure we could move things around, but this would change the price, as I would be giving up my room
