I am advertising a good sized furnished or unfurnished double and single room in a 3 bed terraced house on behalf of my dad Roy the live in Landlord and his dog Poppy.

The house is in a quiet street in a great location close to Asda and Rushden High street with all the local shops. It has a good sized living room with sky TV, kitchen, bathroom and garden. I would ideally like to rent to rooms out together, although not essential and I am very welcome to pets and or smokers. The house is undergoing a little bit of TLC but should be ready for December.
