We are location 7 miles north of Northampton in the village of Spratton. We are a family of 6 but 2 children live away from home and the other 2 are at university so I now have a spare room to rent. The house has 2 sitting rooms, one kitchen, one dinning room, 2 upstairs bathrooms and one downstairs WC, as well as two staircases so you'll have quite a bit of privacy. The room is newly decorated and has a double bed, wardrobe, book case and a large window with an attractive view over the fields.

Local bus service to Northampton, off street parking, village shop, pub, hairdressers & beauty salon.
The house is 2 miles from Brixworth. Would suit someone who is willing to live in a family situation.
