An architect built house in the centre of Stoke Bruene. 7 miles from the M1 with easy access to Milton Keynes, Silverstone and Northampton. Close to the historic towns of Towcester and Stony Stratford. The Village has 2 pubs and one Indian restaurant and a garage shop close by.
The room is a large room come studio flat, it is in an annex joined to the house, but accessed by private entrance. There is a private separate bathroom and kitchen in the annex.
The room has super king size bed, sofa, coffee table, clothes hanging and chest of draws.
The Kitchen has fridge, combi microwave, electric hob, toaster, crockery and cutlery.
The bathroom is a shower toilet and sink.
Access to mini gym located in property
Comes with private patio area located outside the annex.
The price includes all bills.
We have no pets, but would consider cat, there is separate cat flap into the annex
