There is a private bathroom and sitting area with kitchenette upstairs which is solely for the two lodgers (it’s like a flat). Downstairs is solely used by the owner & family.
The bathroom upstairs consists of WC, Shower, Sink and Bidet. The shower in this bathroom would be solely used by the lodger taking this room, as the other lodger has a shower in their bedroom. They only utilise the sink and toilet in the bathroom. There is a kitchenette in the sitting area upstairs, which is only used by lodgers, so you have your own space upstairs solely. There is a kettle, microwave, double air fryer, toaster, 2 burner hob, fridge, washing machine, sink and utensils etc. The sitting room has a TV with free-view channels. You have use of the WiFi in the house. There is parking directly outside the front of the house on the roadside, the road is very quiet. Ring doorbell can see the cars.
The owners live with their 2 young children and has a cockerpoo dog. The owners parents live next door in a 1 bedroom bungalow annex which has its own separate entrances.
There are shops locally and local friendly village pub at the end of the road that serves food. There is easy access to Northampton, Corby, Kettering, Wellingborough, Milton Keynes and Bedfordshire. Viewing is highly recommended, pictures do not do it justice. Feel free to ask any questions. There is no smoking at the premises.
