Furnished double room in new build

Fully furnished room in a new house, just refurbished with two professionals working at HPP, Mercedes. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 toilet and a generous open kitchen with livingroom. The bathroom for this room is shared with another person. We are looking for a friendly working professional that will respect the house and at the same time enjoy some dinners together.
All bills included plus common space cleaning every 2 weeks.
Note, the interiors are finished, the garden and driveway are still in progress, currently with enough space for 3 cars and 4-5 in the future. For any questions don’t hesitate to contact me.
