Double room available for rent in a modern three story house in Thrapston, Northants. Located on a lovely quiet estate by the river. The property is within walking distance to shops, amenities and several friendly pubs and distribution centres in the area. Thrapston is an excellent location for commuting to Kettering, Wellingborough, Corby, Northampton and Huntingdon. We're very close to lakes and woodlands, so there's plenty of leisure activities in the area, including boating, walking and cycling.

The room has a double bed, TV and cloth wardrobe. Use of bathroom on same floor (we have our own bathroom).

We're looking for someone who is clean, tidy and respectful.

One month rent and deposit required up front and monthly rent must be paid in advance.

Noticed period is 1 complete rental month.
