Fantastic location room with large ensuite

Monday- Friday let. Good size furnished double room with TV and WiFi, fitted wardrobes a large ensuite. Bedding and decor can be changed. Located in a very quiet close (and I do mean quiet) and area. The room is on the same floor as the landlords. A front living room is available for your sole use. Large shared kitchen, parking on our driveway and very large garden

We back onto the woods and lake with lovely walks. Just a couple of minutes walk to the town centre.. Close to Kettering, Corby, Rushden Lakes and lovely villages. Lots going on in the town and surrounding areas. It is a beautiful place to live.

We do have two small dogs, that are usually no bother.
Landlords are both retired with one having taken early retirement. Friendly and quiet quiet but sociable.
We would expect the rooms used to be kept clean and tidy. No meals to be eaten in the room but we can provide a small fridge in the wardrobe for you to keep things cold if you prefer l. Your room will be cleaned at the weekends.
