Room To Let

Looking for a lodger.
Smokers are fine as long as you know you will have to smoke outside (which is non negotiable, sorry)
I do have cats so animal lovers only.
It is a large house situated over 3 floors so plenty of space.

The room is third floor so out the way and quiet. Room has built in wardrobes in a dressing room area and Its own en suite bathroom.

Use of kitchen and living room etc no problem. There is washing machine and tumble dryer available and the kitchen has built in microwave, cooker, gas hob and much cupboard space.

There is parking space on the drive. Very quiet area with neighbourhood watch across the road and cctv.

I am a very laid back person who works hard and loves my cats. Ideal housemate will be tidy and clean up after themselves like i do, sociable and positive person.

a Deposit is non negotiable and also proof of last known address and any references would be good :). Contract will need to be signed also :)
