Lovely Double bedroom available (Mon - Fri) in

I am looking for a working, quite, respectful, clean & tidy professional to share my house with during the week only Monday - Fridays. (4 nights) The house is in a perfect location for anyone working maybe at the Silverstone Circuit or surrounding areas as we are only approx 2 miles away. Plus, Northampton is only 10 miles north and Milton Keynes around 12 miles south.
The available room is double glazed with central heating, has a double bed, double wardrobe, plenty of draw space too. There is full WIFI at the property and all other bills are included in the rent too. The room has a large TV with an amazon prime stick. The house has a full bathroom plus an additional downstairs toilet. The property has a kitchen diner and a nice size garden with a patio area. There is a Leisure Centre with a swimming pool, gym plus classes etc less than a 2 min walk away. The house is in a quite residential cul-de-sac with driveway parking. The town has all the facilities you could wish for, by way of supermarkets, shops and various styles of restaurants all within walking distance.
I am a friendly person and have had several lodgers happily stay here over past years. My last lady stayed with me for 5 years.
