Mon to Fri - Small Double Room, Single Occupancy

Small double room (for single occupancy) available (weekdays only) in a cosy bungalow in Towcester. I only moved here in January so getting to know the area myself. I am renovating the house so some rooms still need work but I’ll get there!
The bungalow is in a quiet no through road, a few minutes walk along a pretty path beside a brook to the high street.
There is on street parking right next to the property.
I have WiFi and all bills are included. There isn’t a washing machine at the moment. I am the only person living here (my partner usually stays one night in the week). I have a very shy 14 year old cat called Noodle who keeps himself to himself.
I am looking for someone to rent Monday to Friday only as I need the room occasionally when family visit at weekends.
Non-smoker only please.
