Double Room to rent

Hi,
I'm renting out a double room in my house.
I work and spend most of my time in Wales, so the house is mainly empty.
It's a three bed, semi detached house in a nice quite cul-de-sac with driveway parking.
As I am mostly not there, you would be welcome to use the lounge/kitchen etc as you please, but I would expect you to keep the house clean and tidy.
The house has quite a large garden that I have recently leveled out with new top soil and seeded, so hopefully spring will bring a nice new lawn! 🤞

I am currently only renting one room, but I may consider renting a second room some time in the future. I would of course consult with the existing tennent if I did decide on this.

I would consider renting to a couple, although the rent would have to be discussed.
