At this stage I’m in the process of furnishing the spare room - I wanted to post this ad to see if anyone was interested and we could discuss how they might want it furnished.

I’m staying in the master with en suite but I travel a lot with work so I am not there very much. Essentially the main bathroom would be a private bathroom. The 3rd and smallest bedroom I am using as a study.
