Large single room to let in private house. The room is fully furnished with tv point, wireless broadband available, shared bathroom and kitchen facilities. There is plenty of off road parking and a large sunny garden in very quiet market town easy walk to all amenities such as supermarkets, pubs, restaurants, buses, leisure centre and open countryside. Easy access to M1, M40, Northampton and MK. I expect a lodger to be clean and tidy and respect my home, I do all the housework except for your room but expect you to clear up after yourself such as washing up and keeping the bathroom clean.
