Description
The Room
The room has a double bed, bedside table, chair. There is also a built in wardrobe with plenty of hanging space. The room looks out onto the bottom on the lane with views of fields beyond.
The bathroom has been recently re-fitted. It includes separate shower, toilet, basin and large bath with a waterproof TV mounted into the tiles. I have my own ensuite so only use this bathroom when I want to have a bath.
The Cottage
The cottage consists of a porch, great for shoe and coat storage, into a large kitchen diner with sofa, wall mounted TV and access to the garden.
The kitchen includes Belfast sink, dishwasher, induction hob, 2 ovens and fridge freezer. There is a utility cupboard with washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a separate cosy living room which is currently being redecorated but will include a wood burning stove.
Outside there is parking space for 2/3 cars and a huge garage, mainly used for storage and garden is mostly laid to lawn.
The Village
Upper Boddington is a picturesque village located on the Northamptonshire, Oxfordshire & Warwickshire border. The village is surrounded by beautiful countryside and is a very quiet and quaint place to live. That being said it has a great pub with an overall friendly local atmosphere.

Banbury, M40 SB - 10 miles (15 mins)
Daventry – 10 miles (15 mins)
Crick, M1 NB – 18 miles (30 mins)

I work as an accountant (not the boring kind) that specialises in agriculture in Northampton. I grew up on a farm in the village so have made my friends through young farmers.
