Lovely Large Double room: MON-FRI only

MONDAY TO FRIDAY ONLY:
Large Double room available through the week in a lovely tidy detached house in Marina Park (St crispins). Room is fully furnished with a comfortable double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, sofa bed, small foldaway laptop desk and bedside tables. bathroom with shower over next to the room and there is also a WC downstairs. WiFi is included, there is a TV in room with a Now TV box (limited channels) and a DVD player with a big range of DVD choice to choose from. Now TV also has Netflix-Disney+ app- you would need your own log in for this. Ironing board and iron provided in the room along with a kettle and small fridge. I have also put hand sanitiser in the room. Bedding will be changed regularly. There is a secure lock on the bedroom door. All bills included in the weekly cost.
There is a shared kitchen/diner with smart TV. Room will be given in fridge for your food. All kitchen appliances can be used and there is also a dishwasher so you don’t need to wash up.
Parking right outside the front of the house in a non through quiet road. Small enclosed garden.
New build property with easy access to M1, walking distance to Sixfields and very regular bus routes to Town centre/train station/Daventry. Walking distance to all local amenities which include a co-op, dominos, Spanish tapas restaurant, fish and chips and indigo sun tanning shop. It is also a 5 minute walk to Sainsbury’s, 5 local pubs, cinema, bowling, 2 gyms, petrol stations and other restaurants/ drive throughs.
****PLEASE NOTE: The room is available from Monday- Friday ONLY. Arrival on Monday from 6pm and vacating on Friday before 12pm (times can be adjusted if needed). This room would not be suitable for someone requiring a 7 day rent, however if you need to store clothes/shoes etc in the wardrobe/draws to save bringing everything back and forth you may do so****
I have a friendly small dog.
I work full time and generally keep myself to myself in the evenings so you have your own space and time to relax.
First week rent (or full month) to be paid on the day you move in.
