Quiet and residential, but perfectly located with walking distance to restaurants, gyms, cinema, bowling, supermarket, football stadium, and on the doorstep of the county park with multiple walking routes around lakes, the canal, and managed parkland.

Utilities included, superfast broadband, boiler is only 2 years old and provides hot water on demand. Courtyard garden with lots of greenery. Spring bulbs and climbing rose at the front, olive and weeping cherry tree in the back that's beautiful when it blossoms. Dishwasher, washing machine, dryer.

Mature household, quiet, comfortable and clean. Would suit a working professional who is clean, tidy and friendly. Must like cats as there's a resident house cat. Pets (but sadly no dogs) considered on an individual basis and subject to additional pet deposit. Bonus if you love cats and would be interested in occasional pet sitting when I'm away.

Availability is not first come first served, it must seem like the right fit, both for you but also for myself and current lodger.
