Quiet and residential, but perfectly located with walking distance to restaurants, gyms, cinema, bowling, supermarket, football stadium, and on the doorstep of the county park with multiple walking routes around lakes, the canal, and managed parkland.

Utilities included, superfast broadband (full fibre 910mbs), tv license, boiler is only 2 years old and provides hot water on demand. Courtyard garden with lots of greenery and ability to eat outside. Spring bulbs and climbing rose at the front, olive and weeping cherry tree in the back that's beautiful when it blossoms. Dishwasher, washing machine, dryer.

Mature household, quiet, comfortable and clean. Would suit a working professional who is clean, tidy and friendly. Must like cats as there're 2 resident house cats. Pets (but sadly no dogs) considered on an individual basis. Bonus if you love cats and would be interested in occasional pet sitting when I'm away.

Availability is not first come first served, it must seem like the right fit, both for you but also for myself and current lodger.

Current lodger is moving out for location reasons, and this is what he has to say about having stayed with us in the advertised room:

"It has been an absolute pleasure staying in this wonderful place for over 2 months. It won't take you long enough before you begin to call this place - home! I especially developed a special bond with Mitty. She would play around my room, sometimes we shared the same study chair, and I enjoyed taking her out for walks in Sami's absence - she would be your great friend. She is a pet.

Both Sami and Alma are wonderful people - always ready to greet with a smile and good conversation. With Sami, I exchanged some really nice chat on nutrition - her knowledge base on this subject is pretty high - I am sure you will be inspired and motivated to eat healthy!!

I will miss this place, but I do carry with me some friendships that will last. Oh, and it's worth mentioning that I thoroughly my bonding with plants as well, the more you water, it tends to draw you closer as a friend. Almost a therapy, I must admit.
