Weekly rate quoted. If you want to book a whole month in advance there will be a £ reduction on rate.
Rental may be extended beyond 2 months, tbd.
Landlady lives in main house. Current lodger (leaving 27 November) can provide feedback on living in annexe.

Private access up external stairs to a studio annexe above double garage. Open plan living, sleeping, kitchen with ensuite shower room.
Kitchen: fridge, small freezer, freestanding hob, toaster, basic crockery and utensils.
Stool and breakfast bar for eating/computer work
Lounge area: Double sofa, side cabinet, TV
Sleeping area: Double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers
Heating: Oil radiator and fan heater for top up as required.
Bathroom: shower, sink, toilet, thermostat controlled radiator
Electricity and broadband included in rent.
Washing machine and dryer are accessed from garden, via external door to utility room within main house.
