Upton, £400 bills included

One good sized room fully furnished, unless not preferred, in a two bed large ground floor flat. I Have been renting in Upton for two years I am not the landlady but owner Is fantastic. Looking for someone of similar age, who is reliable. I work full time but currently studying towards the end of my degree, so seek someone who is friendly and respectful of this. There is parking in a gated car park. I do own a cat so must be ok with animals. The room is £400 a month with bills included. The flat has virgin TV and internet. Please no time wasters, I need someone who is reliable and trustworthy.
