Large double room furnished with wardrobe, bed side draws, chest of draws, TV stand and TV (With Virgin connection included in rent) and double bed available in a modern town house in Upton.

The room is on the second floor with its own bathroom unless we have guests staying. the other occupants are myself my other half and a quiet and placid jack Russell called Maisie.

There is a large lounge and kitchen diner both with access to the garden.

There is one allocated parking space and parking also available on the street fronting the property.

I do have a child who will visit the property on occasions but he has his own room and disturbance would be minimal, but you would not be allowed guests at any time when he would be present.

Room suits a quiet professional who wishes to be left to their own devices, its a good location close to sixfields and also the M1 and station (via a bus)
