I am looking for two new flatmates who would like to share a 4 bed 3 storey town house.

The property is yet to be built and will be available the first week of July. This house will be fully loaded with 2 double bed ensuites, 2 large living areas together with a newly built kitchen and large garden area.

I am going to be renting from a private landlord and looking for likewise people. Ideally social and professional people.

New carpets, blinds etc are to be fitted towards the end of June 2015 so the property will be ready for occupation first week of July for anyone who is interested.
