Double room and ensuite in village location

Hi, we are looking to rent our newly renovated double spare room on a Monday to Friday basis, although will consider fewer days if required. We are a professional couple of English and Polish background, with 2 small and friendly dogs. The home is a large detached bungalow in a quiet lane in the lovely village of Walgrave, Northants.

Walgrave:
- Within 10-20 mins drive of Kettering, Wellingborough and Northampton.
- Friendly village location with a shop and a great local pub that does evening meals. Lots of country walks on the doorstep, and Pitsford reservoir is just 1.5 miles away.

We will consider anyone that applies, our most important consideration being that we all get on. Also, you should be clean, tidy and respectful, as we are.

Use of lounge, dining room and kitchen, if required, including washing machine.

Your room is a good size double room with ensuite, all newly refurbished in 2024. The kitchen is old fashioned but good quality and clean.
