Room in country cottage to let with views

Room in a stone cottage in a pretty Northants. village near Silverstone, Towcester and Brackley. Milton Keynes is half an hour by car; Northampton and Banbury slightly less, Buckingham 20 minutes. It's very peaceful.

Ideal for HS2 workers, 10 mins/6.5 miles from Culworth site, Sulgrave Rd and nearer the site near Radstone, Brackley.

Rent includes broadband, digital TV slot and utilities excluding phone. There is a landline connection in the room; if you want to use it you pay the line rent and call charges in addition to monthly rent.
The views from the room are of fields and trees. Facilities include a communal L-shaped kitchen/dining room with Rayburn, and a sitting room. There is double glazing, and a washing machine, microwave and a share of the freezer. I also have a tumble drier, though I don't use it a lot. There's quite a big garden - good for sunbathing!

There is a shower room downstairs that I use in the summer, so during that time you would mostly have the bathroom to yourself.

You would need your own transport as there are no buses.

Double-vaccinated people only please, who don't smoke at all. And I'm looking for someone who is away during the day on weekdays.

I have a cat, just in case you have allergies.
