A self-contained one-bedroom annex set beside our family farmhouse.

The annex is all on one level and offers a comfortable double bedroom, a well-equipped kitchen, and a spacious bathroom.

Tucked down a quiet lane, the property enjoys a truly rural setting with footpaths directly on our land, as well as easy access to a nearby gated road leading to scenic canal walks and open countryside.

The village is just a short distance away and offers four welcoming pubs and a popular Indian takeaway.

We are dog friendly, but as we have our own animals, we kindly ask that visiting dogs are well behaved and under control at all times.

Please note that the driveway and outdoor areas are shared with our family, and the property is located on a working livery yard. You can expect to see horses, dogs, free-roaming chickens and cats adding to the charm and character of the setting.
