Fully furnished modern house.

It would just be myself living at the property but will be out during the week due to work or travelling, want a person to treat the place as if it's their own home i. e if you want to have friends/family over that is perfectly fine!

I also intend to go travelling towards the end of the year so would be lovely to have somebody to look after the house while I'm away!

I'm fairly social however would respect your space and privacy. I have lived in house shares before so understand what it is like sharing a space with somebody. All I ask is that you are respectful and clean/tidy.

Rent includes:
-All bills included (inc. internet & council tax)
-Furnished
-Modern kitchen
-Shared bathroom
-Space for 2 cars on driveway and plenty of on street parking.

Smokers are fine as long as it's outdoors.
