Now that my fledglings have flown the nest, I have 1 large king sized room available to rent., long or short term. Fully furnished, 2 wardrobes , 2 drawer units. and a king sized bed. Shared bath/shower room, shared living room and kitchen. My farmhouse cottage is part of a retired smallholding with a medium sized garden and patio. The property also includes a paddock/orchard , all of which is available to any lodger to use.

I’m looking for someone who is happy to help keep their space and shared spaces, clean and tidy. Who doesn’t mind dogs and the occasional cat in the ground floor areas .
