Lovely double room with en-suite to let in a friendly household with off-road parking in a sociable village location.
Shower/toilet/washbasin. Double wardrobe with hangers and three spacious drawers under the bed, plus additional chest of drawers, lots of storage space.
We have a lovely kitchen with all the bells and whistles: a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher; a Nespresso machine, Aerrocino and an American-style fridge-freezer; super-fast broadband (free) and a large communal television/living area, although you can sit in your room if you prefer.
2 cats already here so other pets are welcome provided a civil introduction can be made!
I can offer a laundry service if you like, (for a small fee) but I don't do ironing. Alternatively you can have free access to the washing machine/tumble dryer to do your own laundry. Iron and ironing board freely available (I never use it)
Council tax and bills included. Great location for anyone working in or near AMG or Silverstone/Bicester/Banbury/M ilton Keynes.
