Recently decorated standard double room with a large in-built wardrobe, and new mattress and carpet, in family home. The house is situated in a quiet crescent, with off-road parking, and fine views over the Nene valley. Shared bathroom and kitchen, and use of an outdoor pool in the summer months. Superfast Virgin broadband.

This is a meat- and fish-free house, so I will only accept vegans and vegetarians. Please do not apply unless you fulfil these requirements.

Weston Favell shopping centre and Riverside retail park are both close by, and there is an Aldi supermarket within walking distance.
