Double room to rent

Hi all
I have a furnished double room to rent, in a 3 bed house.
There is a nice big garden area with a patio and a planting pad.
Private driveway for 2 cars.
Large, well equipped kitchen, with seating area, including 2 ovens a d gas 8 burner hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and a separate dryer.

I'm friendly and easy going but also respectful of privacy and each others space.

I'm looking for professional, respectful, responsible, clean, tidy individual who will take initiative and treat this house like a home not like living in a hotel room.
