Pleasant double rooms in a 4 bedroom detached house just of the Wilby roundabout in Wellingborough, convenient for A509, A14, A45 and M1.

Short Term lets are preferred.

The house is on a quiet cul de sac and there is one parking space available.

Facilities available are washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, broadband, large living/dining room and a large garden.

Non smokers only please.

Please be aware that there are cats in the house if you have an allergy to pet fur this let will not be suitable.
