2 bed semi detached cottage with garden and off road parking in a very quiet hamlet. You have to have transport, as there is no public transport.

A mile from Towcester, 10 from Northampton: 10 minutes from Junction 12, M1. 5 miles away from Silverstone Circuit.

Brightly decorated and has plenty of light but a cosy feel and views over fields and woodland. Superking bed, Tv, wardrobe, desk, chair, chest of drawers and bedside table. There is ample parking for vehicles.

Shared kitchen and sitting room diner. Shared bathroom with walk in shower (no bath). The cottage has been renovated and modernised but still has that cosy feel.

Current housemate is a male in late 20s and a fun working spaniel! Must be okay with dogs. Pets will be considered but subject to an extra charge.
