1 single room available from 1st November to rent in 3 storey town house in the quiet village of woodford with single proffessional lady. Housemates must like dogs as currently I have 2 dogs (1 doberman and 1 border terrier). The dogs are kept in the downstairs utility room and go to work with me daily.

The offer includes your own downstairs lounge/sitting room with seatee and TV point as well as acess to an upstairs sitting room with built in sky television.

Both the double and single room come with beds and wardrobes and digital TV points. Furniture can be removed if requested. 2 Bathrooms are available one toilet and shower other with toilet and bath. Shared large fully equiped kitchen. Shared utility area with washing machine.

Private garden with patio area. Shared driveway with 1 parking space available outside the house but plenty of off road parking.
