Very large double attic room available now

Very large double room available now in Woodford Halse. It's the attic room to a 3 story Victorian terraced house! Downstairs there's a good sized livingroom with working fireplace big comfy sofa which leads to the kitchen which is equally good sized with a massive oven/hob. 2nd floor has my room and a smaller spare room which has a single bed and some 'stuff' in it and the bathroom which has a shower/bath. Then on the 3rd floor is the room I want to let which has a built in wardrobe/ storage space and the door to a small attic. The price includes all the bills... gas/elec/water/council tax/landline/wifi and TV licence.
I am a 24 year old non smoking Nurse, so work shifts and I like to be tidy. I have a 3 month old puppy and a dog who are very friendly and love people but equally can be excited when people first come through the door. I don't have a problem with other pets but they would have to be happy with mine!
