Wootton is a lovely village on the outskirts of Northampton. Situated only five minutes from Junction 15 of the M1 motorway, Grange Pk, and Brackmills.

We live in a respectable neighbourhood with lots of amenities. Within walking distance there is a:

KITCHEN
The kitchen is well equipped where you can prepare and cook your own food. You will be given your own cupboard to put dry food in, a freezer draw and designated shelves in a shared fridge. We have filtered water on tap and all water throughout the house is filtered by a machine that makes the water soft not hard, so no chalkiness in your drinks and more lather when you shower. Therefore, you will use less soap and laundry detergents.
BATHROOMS’
There are four toilets and three bathrooms in this house. Yours’ is shared with one other room. You are expected to leave the toilet, bathroom, clean and tidy.
CLEANING
This is the cleanest home you will ever walk into. When someone leaves us, the room is freshly decorated and thoroughly deep cleaned. My Wife and I live here with our lodgers, so maintenance and cleaning are done daily. Bathrooms are fully cleaned twice a week and in-between you are expected to keep them clean.
COMMON SEATING AREAS
There is ample shared seating/snug, dining area and garden you can use to relax. Everyone is invited to our Xmas dinner day and enjoy the celebrations. There are two covered smoking areas in the rear garden, smoking is not permitted inside the house.
VIEWINGS
Viewings can be anytime to suit you.
We are looking for working professional people preferably. First to see will take the room. We rarely have lodgers leave. Tenants often stay for many years.
Night shift workers beware we have four young grandchildren who visit regularly and three dogs who live here.
ROOM COST (3 months)
The rent includes all bills (Gas, Electric, Water and Council Tax). Current rent is discounted, for three months only. Then it will be reviewed in line with our other tenants’ rents.
Deposit is £477 for a single occupant.
