I'm a 46 year old male and I have a very nice double room with own bathroom for rent in East Hunsbury. The room is rear facing with built in double wardrobes.
I own / live (or should I say have a room)...in the 4 bedroom house but often work away during the week being home at weekends. I only let the one room so if you want more house mates then afraid this isn't for you.
The house is modern, very quiet in a nice quiet area, 5 minutes from M1 Junction 15, well maintained, landscaped private garden, fortnightly cleaners and off road parking for 3 cars.
I'm looking for a professional person who's clean, tidy and friendly. Please feel free to email if you're interested and would like an external view of the house.
NB. My current professional lodger is moving due to purchasing a new home after living in the house for nearly 2 years. Please feel free to ask any questions
