Double room in large home

Looking for a female lodger in a 4 bed home in Wootton Northampton.
It will just myself and teenage daughter, my son is home for the summer but moves away having finished uni in a few weeks oh and we have silly sphynx cat who is hilarious.
Furnished double room, shared bathroom next door although you would be only one using the shower.
Really chilled house and friendly, looking for someone the same.
Large drive so plenty of room for off-road parking if you have a car.
Available October 1st but may be able to move forward a little bit having some decorating done so a bit of disruption.
£500 a month with all bills included.
Have had a lodger for the past 3 years so we are used to the dynamics.
