Hello - My name is Marcus - and I live in two bedroom apartment in Wootton, Northampton.

The location is great, It's just a short walk to Waitrose, Co-op, couple of pubs, schools, very close to the M1 Motorway and about 8-10 minutes from the town centre.

I am renting my master bedroom which is a nice size double bedroom, it comes with a king size bed, two large bedside tables/cupboards and a wardrobe.

In addition there is a separate kitchen which has a built in oven/hob, Fridge/Freezer, microwave and washing machine (of course I have a kettle and toaster). There is a clean and tidy three piece bathroom off the hallway. The living room is great size with a separate dining table for those that need space to work from home, Smart TV and broadband.

The property is very neutral through out and easy to keep clean and tidy, there is normally on street parking outside and no permit is needed.

I am very laid back (spend most my time at work) but I am fun and friendly to be around. I have worked in the property industry for 11 years, enjoy sports, movies, eating out/In and taking weekend breaks when I can. I have lived with both male & females before, pets I need to consider as not ideal in a flat.
