We have a room that is immediately available in a large 4 bedroom shared house in East Hunsbury - Northampton. The room is furnished with a single bed and wardrobes and wifi is included . The house is in a quiet cul de sac 5 mins drive from the M1 Junction 15 and close to Brackmills Industrial estate. There is ample parking and rent is inclusive of bills - Deposit of 200.00 is required. We ware looking at short term rental on a rolling month to month contract . Very friendly and welcoming existing tenants - excellent bus service, local shops, pub, doctors dentist etc all within walking distance.
