The room advertised is a double room in a two bedroomed house in Alnwick. parking is available in the street. the propert has a small front and larger rear garden. the ground floor consists of a living and dining area and a kitchen. washing facilities are located in the outhouse. upstairs there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower over the bath. The price of £75 per week includes all bills inclusive of broadband internet. potential flatmates must be pet friendly as I have both a cat and a dog.
