’ve recently purchased a 3-bed townhouse in Amble, and I’ll be renting out the top floor for your use. The room is spacious, with a double bed and TV at one end and space for your own sitting area at the other. There’s also a large wardrobe for storage.

I plan to add an ensuite in the New Year, though as it’s a new build I’m still getting everything organised. I would prefer to rent to a female if possible.

I have two lovely dogs, so it’s important that you’re comfortable around them. The house is clean, and the garden is currently being landscaped. There are plenty of scenic walks nearby, including along the beach and a coastal route leading from the estate to Amble Links on the seafront.
