This is a nice comfortable easygoing household where a sharer can enjoy all facilities including tv (when i am not in), own tv which I will supply, kitchen, garden and bathroom.
There is ample parking and use of a quality bicycle.
I am a live in landlord and have a sociable demeanour. There would only be you and me and I am out quite frequently (every morning from 7 til 12).
I pay all bills but a supplement of 30 pounds per month is required for council tax. You can use a laptop for the duration of your stay.
