The room advertised is a large double room, furnished to a high standard. There is lots of storage space available, which includes a 2nd bedroom that can be used by any potential lodger, maybe as a study or film room. (This is included in the monthly price as are all the bills too).
There is more space for storage in the loft or in out-buildings, that are both secure and dry.
The house also has gardens front & back & a gated drive-way for 2 cars as well as ample parking in the street, which is a quiet cul-de-sac and part of a neighbourhood watch area.
The rest of the house compromises of the usual stuff, like a large kitchen that has anything and everything in it & a spacious lounge and dining room, split by French doors. C'est magnifique! The lounge has a decent sized TV in it with Sky+ HD & loads of free space on the planner. I also have super fast broadband installed courtesy of BT. (Includes BT Sports) *New doors, patio and windows have all just been fitted.
