Hello

I have 2 double spare room available for rent in my spacious house, lovely quiet area of town.
The layout is..

Upstairs..
2 guests double bedrooms & guests full bathroom, plus desk/working area. As in pics.

Downstairs..
My bedroom & 2nd full bathroom.
Room with ironing board & dressing table.
Kitchen/dining/living room. (for guests use)
Outside courtyard
Newly renovated. New bedding, duvets, towels etc.
Situated in Spittal, Berwick upon Tweed. 50 yards from beach and cliff walks.
Small convenience/grocers/bakers like 20 yards along the street.
Town centre, supermarkets etc. all within 1 mile & on bus route.

Complies with all gas/electrical/fire safety requirements & certified.

Rent is paid monthly at start of month, plus £120 deposit.
